2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is intended to present and operate the GiveOnChain platform, which enables project owners ("Project Owners") to create crowdfunding campaigns in cryptocurrency and contributors ("Contributors") to support such projects using Tokens (currently: ETH, USDC, USDT) via smart contracts and a milestone-based ("Milestones") release system.

3. Intellectual property

3.1. Rights over the Site and its content

The general structure of the Site and all of its content (texts, graphics, images, logos, icons, sounds, videos, software, databases, etc.) are, unless otherwise stated, the exclusive property of GiveOnChain and/or its partners.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, translation, exploitation or distribution of all or part of the Site or any of its elements, by any means and in any form whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of the rights holder, is prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property laws.

3.2. Trademarks and logos

The trademarks, logos, domain names and other distinctive signs appearing on the Site, and in particular the GiveOnChain name and logo, are the property of their respective owners.

Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of these trademarks, logos or distinctive signs, without the prior written consent of their owner, is prohibited.

4. Access to the Site and liability

The Site is in principle accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to interruptions, scheduled or unscheduled, for maintenance, updates, technical issues, cases of force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control.

GiveOnChain endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site. However:

• the information on the Site is provided for general information purposes only, and
• GiveOnChain cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

As a consequence, GiveOnChain shall not be liable for:

• any inaccuracy, error or omission relating to the information available on the Site;
• any unavailability of the Site, in whole or in part, regardless of its duration;
• any direct or indirect damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from the access to or use of the Site and/or the information it contains;
• the possible presence of viruses or any other malicious components on the Site or on the servers enabling access to it.

• and any associated costs related to accessing and using the Site.

• how long data is retained;
• which rights they have (access, rectification, erasure, objection, etc.) and how to exercise them.

7. Applicable law

This Legal Notice is governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions that may apply in the User's country of residence.

In the event of a dispute relating to the use of the Site and failing an amicable resolution, the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of the future operating entity of GiveOnChain shall, in principle, have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory provisions to the contrary.
